About this opportunity
The 55th Contracting Squadron of the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command is soliciting maintenance and repair services for a VersaTrek 240 Blood Culture System (Model 6240-06) and Nobilis 411 computer system located at the 55th Medical Group. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and tools necessary to perform both scheduled preventive maintenance following Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards and unlimited unscheduled corrective maintenance calls, with response times coordinated at least three working days in advance for scheduled work and no later than two workdays for emergency repairs. Key requirements include maintaining 95% monthly equipment uptime, limiting valid customer complaints to no more than two per quarter, providing 24-hour toll-free technical assistance, furnishing all software updates and equipment modifications at no additional cost, and ensuring all personnel are trained by the OEM or a qualified medical equipment service school. The Government will evaluate offers using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology, where the three lowest-priced offerors will be assessed for technical acceptance based on their ability to meet Performance Work Statement requirements, with award intended without discussions. The offer deadline is March 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM Central Daylight Time, with quotes valid for 60 calendar days and submissions required via email to SSgt Dylan Pittman or Mr. Tyler Imhoff.
This solicitation has no small business set-aside and is unrestricted. The contract covers a 12-month base period beginning April 1, 2026, with three option periods: two 12-month periods and one 8-month period, potentially extending through November 30, 2029. No specific award value or budget range is disclosed in the solicitation documents. Performance will occur at 55th MDSS SGSL-MM at Offutt Air Force Base in Bellevue, Nebraska (Offutt AFB, NE 68113), with all maintenance and repair work conducted on-site during normal operating hours of 0800-1630 Monday through Friday except federal holidays. The solicitation is subject to Service Contract Labor Standards (FAR 52.222-41), with prevailing wage rates established by Department of Labor Wage Determination 2015-5005 for the applicable Nebraska counties. All contractor personnel must maintain registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) throughout contract performance.
