The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes:
1. Relevant Experience and Past Performance – The evaluation will be based on each quoter’s
response to the information requested in the submission instructions. The Government may
also consider other sources of past performance information including, but not limited to, Past
Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity
Information System (FAPIIS), Electronic subcontract Reporting System (eSRS), references, U.S.
Forest Service records, and other online research. Provide a phone number and business name,
or person’s name for any past performance provided. In determining strengths and weaknesses,
the Government will consider your responses to the following:
