About this opportunity

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Office of Contracting published a Special Notice for its FY25 4th Quarter Engagement with Industry, held on July 29, 2025. USCIS, a component of the Department of Homeland Security, conducted this virtual meeting via Microsoft Teams to facilitate dialogue between the agency and industry partners regarding current and future procurement requirements. The notice underwent several updates, including the addition of draft presentation slides on July 11, final presentation materials on July 28, and a complete Q&A document along with the recorded session link posted on August 28, 2025. This quarterly engagement represents USCIS's ongoing commitment to transparent communication with the contracting community about procurement opportunities across multiple operational divisions.

The primary purpose of this industry engagement was to provide contractors with the latest procurement-related information and upcoming opportunities within USCIS, including significant contracts such as Field Office Support Services (FOSS) valued over $100 million and RAIO Language and Interpretation Support Services also exceeding $100 million. Contractors were encouraged to submit questions in advance to USCIS_Vendoroutreach@uscis.dhs.gov by July 24, 2025, at 3:00 PM ET to receive the most accurate and timely responses. The session was structured by organizational subdivisions, with live Q&A limited to each specific section's requirements, while additional questions would be addressed in post-call documentation. No specific eligibility criteria were outlined for participation, as the event was open to all interested industry members who self-registered through the provided Microsoft Teams link. The engagement highlighted USCIS's strong performance in meeting small business contracting goals, achieving 67.8% small business prime contracts against a 50% target, and outlined future quarterly engagement sessions scheduled through FY26.
