Market research identified Asteri EMS as the only service-disabled veteran owned small business that can meet the requirement. The anticipated award price including options to Asteri EMS will not exceed $4 million over the term of the contract to allow the Air Force Academy to meet its service-disabled veteran owned small business contracting goals for the fiscal year.
