Work is performed at the Air Force Academy, Colorado 80840, and along the Interstate 25 corridor at mile markers 150 to 157, with patient transport to Evans Army Community Hospital at Fort Carson and Colorado Springs hospitals. The Contractor provides continuous 24/7 Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support response using three dedicated ambulances (two for installation-wide coverage and one for airfield operations during active flight hours), plus up to four additional ambulances for athletic and special events, with approximately 1,000 standby hours annually. Response standards are 12 minutes for USAFA requests and 14 minutes for I-25 corridor requests, at a 90% compliance threshold. The Government furnishes four 400 MHz radios.
The contract is firm-fixed-price with a 60-day phase-in beginning January 19, 2027, a base year from March 20, 2027 through March 19, 2028, two 12-month options, and an optional six-month extension, with total duration not to exceed 44 months. The Government reports that funds are not currently available and reserves the right to cancel the RFQ before or after the closing date.

Quotes consist of a cover letter (two-page limit), a firm-fixed-price pricing schedule in whole dollars, and up to three relevant past performance contracts from the past five years (four-page limit).
