About this opportunity
The Department of State intends to solicit proposals for six vehicles—three 4WD SUVs and three high-roof passenger vans—for the U.S. Embassy in Luanda, Angola, with proposals due July 12, 2026. No set-asides apply.
All vehicles must be 2025–2027 model year, new dealer condition, left-hand drive with automatic transmissions and diesel fuel. SUVs must provide 4WD capability with seven leather seats. Passenger vans must accommodate a minimum of 15 passengers. Vehicles must comply with applicable safety and emissions standards.

Alternatives meeting stated specifications are acceptable.
Proposals must include warranty and maintenance options, delivery timeline, and delivery to the U.S. Embassy in Luanda. Place of performance is Angola. Offerors must be registered in SAM prior to submission or provide applicable representations and certifications with their offer.
