Equipment must meet specific technical requirements, including 90% monthly uptime availability, 8:00 am-5:00 pm local maintenance coverage, and 4-hour response times for critical machines. The lease includes comprehensive services such as automatic supply replenishment, technical support, and mandatory training for key operators. While no specific award value is mentioned, the contract will cover a 60-month period with equipment to be installed across Japan and Okinawa. Vendors must be prepared to remove existing equipment, with the stipulation that all hard drives remain in DLA's possession, and provide quarterly equipment meetings and monthly vulnerability reports.
