About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Information Operations (EMS) Division is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) for a 60-month lease of 33 Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) across various locations in Australia. The procurement includes comprehensive services such as installation, removal, full-service maintenance, consumable supplies, key operator training, network functionality, and network security. The devices will support multiple military units including the USMC Coordination Element, Air Force Air Mobility Command, and DLA Energy IP, with specific technical requirements for network connectivity, power sources, and operational capabilities. Interested vendors must submit their business details, including DUNS number and CAGE code, via email to Tyler Bowman or David Corvino by March 3, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST. This RFI is solely for market research purposes and does not guarantee a contract award.

The solicitation involves three Contract Line Items (CLINs) with different volume bands: one VB-1SC device, thirty-one VB-2NC devices, and one VB-3NC device, totaling 33 MFDs. There are no specific set-aside designations for this opportunity, making it open to all qualified vendors. The devices must be new, Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant, and meet stringent technical specifications including minimum copy/print resolutions, memory requirements, and security protocols such as encryption and hard drive overwrite capabilities. The lease period spans 60 months, with maintenance response times set at 2 business hours for work stoppage situations and 4 business hours for non-work stoppage issues. While no specific budget range is disclosed, the comprehensive nature of the lease, including equipment, installation, and maintenance services, suggests a substantial contract value for the selected vendor.
