About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking to procure a comprehensive lease agreement for three multifunctional devices (MFDs) and associated office document equipment to support operations in Saudi Arabia. The contract encompasses a full-service arrangement that includes not only the lease of the devices but also delivery and installation, end-user training, complete maintenance services, all consumable supplies except paper, equipment relocation capabilities, technical refresh services, removal, reporting functions, and both network functionality and security features. The solicitation specifies that detailed requirements can be found in Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS), which contractors must review to understand the complete scope of services required. The opportunity was posted on August 27, 2025, with proposals due by October 10, 2025, providing potential contractors with approximately six weeks to prepare and submit their responses. The evaluation criteria and specific qualification requirements are not detailed in this initial notice but would typically be found in the full solicitation documentation.
This procurement opportunity operates without any set-aside designations, making it open to all eligible contractors capable of meeting the requirements. No incumbent contractors or current service providers are identified in the solicitation notice. While specific contract values or budget ranges are not disclosed, the scope involves a lease term of up to 60 months, indicating a potential five-year commitment for the selected contractor. The contract calls for exactly three multifunctional devices, suggesting this is a targeted procurement for a specific facility or operational requirement rather than a large-scale deployment. All services and equipment must be delivered and maintained at locations outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS), specifically within Saudi Arabia, which may present unique logistical and operational challenges for potential contractors.
