About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency seeks to lease 20 multi-functional devices and related services in Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg through a firm fixed-price contract awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable vendor. The solicitation requests quotes for an up to 60-month lease of the devices including installation, maintenance, supplies, training, relocations, network functionality and security. Quotes will be evaluated on price, technical capability, and past performance on an acceptable/unacceptable basis, with responses due by October 3, 2019.
There is no set-aside designation for this procurement. The devices will support scanning, printing, copying and faxing needs across various military installations in the region. The period of performance is estimated from February 2020 through January 2025, with the ability to increase quantities up to 50% over the first 48 months. Line items include 14 multi-functional devices under one CLIN and 6 under another, with monthly and total contract values to be determined based on unit pricing provided by vendors.
