About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Edgewood Contracting Division (ECD) is conducting market research for a replacement Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) to support the National Guard Bureau's (NGB) Analytical Laboratory Suite Modified Work Order (ALS-MWO) mobile lab. The key technical requirements for the UPS include a 40-minute runtime at 10kW, single/split phase configuration, rackable 19" design, 208-240V input and 120V output, manual bypass mode, maximum height of 17.25", and a minimum 10kW capacity with true sine wave power conditioning. ACC-APG ECD is seeking information on commercially available UPS models that meet these specifications, including manufacturer, model number, technical details, availability, lead time, and rough order of magnitude (ROM) pricing for a minimum order of 10 units. Responses to this Request for Information (RFI) are due by 5PM ET on November 20, 2024 and should be submitted via email.
This RFI is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to contract. There is no set-aside designation, and the government has not provided any information about potential incumbents or current contractors. While the RFI does not specify an award value or budget range, the government is seeking to replace legacy UPS units and address future failures within the NGB's Analytical Laboratory Suite.
