About this opportunity
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is soliciting quotations for hotel venue support services to host the Uniform Commission Examination (UCE) sessions from 2026 through 2031. The requirement involves providing up to three UCE sessions annually, each running approximately five days, with accommodation for 140-210 guest rooms per session, multiple meeting rooms, dedicated office and testing spaces, food and beverage services, wireless internet, business center capabilities, and secured year-round storage. Evaluation will be based on technical capability, past performance, price, and a site visit, in descending order of importance, with technical capability and past performance weighted more heavily than price. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) 2031JW26Q00008 under FAR Part 12.603 as a streamlined commercial procurement, with quotes due by November 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Amendment 0001 to the RFQ was issued on October 28, 2025, providing answers to industry questions and incorporating revisions to the solicitation.
This procurement is designated as a 100% small business set-aside with a $40 million small business size standard under NAICS code 721110 (Hotels except Casino Hotels and Motels). The current services are provided by 12 Spies Management LLC. The contract will utilize a hybrid Time and Materials/Firm Fixed Price arrangement, with no specific award value disclosed in the solicitation materials. The hotel venue must be located in a Central or Eastern Time Zone city within 25 miles of two large hub international airports, with preferred locations including Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, or Washington DC. The base contract period runs from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, with four option years through 2031, allowing the government flexibility to extend the engagement based on performance and requirements.
