The Government will evaluate proposals using a best-value approach that considers technical capability, price reasonableness, and past performance. Proposals must be submitted electronically to tgubids@state.gov by Friday, March 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time, with a mandatory pre-proposal conference scheduled for Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the New Embassy Compound in Tegucigalpa.

The contract will be awarded as a firm fixed-price type, and the Government may award based on initial offers without discussion.
