About this opportunity

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is preparing to procure occupational health and medical services through a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, and it is gathering market input through a Request for Information (RFI) due 12:00 PM EDT on November 17, 2026. The posting uses no set-aside. The RFI and draft Performance Work Statement are for planning only, do not constitute a solicitation, and responses are not offers. Services will cover headquarters, field offices, airports, and locations throughout the United States and its territories, plus select Western Pacific locations including Guam, Saipan, and American Samoa. Scope includes pre-employment, preplacement, periodic, return-to-duty, and fitness-for-duty examinations, mobile medical services, drug and alcohol testing, independent medical examinations, vaccinations, secure telehealth, nursing support, health unit and clinic operations, and medical supply logistics. Individual task orders will set staffing qualifications, security requirements, and IT system access. The contractor must maintain a Quality Control Plan, designate an IDIQ Program Manager and task order key personnel, and maintain professional and general liability insurance. The NAICS code is 621111 and the PSC is Q201. Respondents must submit a Capabilities Statement by email to Jason.Richards@tsa.dhs.gov and Lorena.Vargas@tsa.dhs.gov, limited to 8 pages with a minimum 11-point font. The RFI requests feedback on ten areas, including CONUS, OCONUS, and territorial network coverage, telehealth, mobile events, federal system authorization, pricing structures with surge provisions, multi-award task order support, and barriers to competition. TSA may hold technical exchanges or pilot programs with selected respondents and will not respond directly to submissions.
