THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The information gathered from the market research questionnaire will be vital in the formation and set aside status of the solicitation.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for Transition Coach services at the Federal Correctional Institution (hereinafter referred to as FCI) located in Milan, Michigan. The contractor will provide services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the future solicitation. The contract shall consist of a 12-month base year with four 12-month option years renewal, and a 6-month extension.  

Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for information requested, nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Market Research Questionnaire will be available on or about Wednesday, March 27, 2024, and will be distributed solely through General Services Administration System for Award Management website – www.sam.gov. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site.

Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The response date for the market research questionnaire survey is Friday, April 5, 2024, at 2 pm Central Time (CT). All responses to the Market Research Questionnaire may be submitted via email to llwheeler@bop.gov. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone requests or written requests for the market research questionnaire will be accepted.
