This Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business (SEDB) 8(a) Set-Aside procurement will be a best value competition utilizing trade-off procedures. The FAA plans to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Time and Material (T&M) contract with a period of performance not to exceed 84 months (7 years). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the effort is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) with a small business size standard of $27.5 million.
This Screening Information Request (SIR) is a Request for Offer (RFO), and an awarded contract may result from proposals submitted in response to this announcement. The Government will not be liable for any costs associated with the submittal of a response to this SIR.
