About this opportunity
The Defense Health Agency seeks to award an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to provide teleradiology services to military treatment facilities worldwide. The contractor shall utilize secure broadband connections to transmit radiology images and data between requiring Defense Health Agency medical centers, hospitals, clinics and similar facilities located in the United States, overseas, and U.S. territories, and the contractor's facilities, where board certified radiologists will interpret images and reports to support case volume and on-call needs of the Military Health System. The solicitation was issued on October 2, 2020, with responses due by December 11, 2020, and includes a one-year base period of performance from March 30, 2021 through March 29, 2022, and five one-year option periods.

The Contractor shall provide non-personal professional diagnostic radiology services at Contractor facilities using Department of Defense (DoD) approved secure broadband connections to transmit radiology images and data between the requiring DHA MTFs and the Contractor’s facilities. The supported DHA MTFs include medical centers, hospitals, clinics, and similar facilities located worldwide, both within the continental United States (CONUS), outside the continental United States (OCONUS), and in U.S. Territories. The services are required to provide image interpretation and reports by board certified radiologists in support of basic assistance with case volume and on-call scenarios throughout the Military Health System (MHS).
