About this opportunity
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking technical support services for its Transportable Temporary Housing Unit (TTHU) program through an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contractor will be tasked with observing and providing recommendations to improve the design and production processes of TTHUs to ensure FEMA receives high-quality units ready for deployment. The contractor will investigate, analyze, train, and recommend changes throughout the TTHU lifecycle, from design through disposal. Responses are due by June 10, 2024, and the contract will have a 12-month base period with up to four 12-month option periods. The evaluation will be based on factors such as technical approach, past performance, and price.
This is a full and open competition contract with no set-aside designation. FEMA's prior LOGHOUSE and NextGen MHU contractors may have a conflict of interest and must provide a mitigation plan. The guaranteed minimum award amount is $10,000, with a maximum ceiling of $14,940,170.53. The work will primarily be performed within the Continental United States.
