About this opportunity

The Federal Highway Administration seeks to award multiple indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts to provide technical support services to the Intelligent Transportation Systems Joint Program Office. The ITS JPO requires subject matter expertise in areas including emerging technologies, data access, cybersecurity, automation, mobility solutions, and deployment support. Services include program management, data management, technical analysis, systems engineering, policy and legal analysis, communications, and technology transfer. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement entitled, “Intelligent Transportation Systems - Joint Program Office’s (ITS-JPO) Intelligent Transportation Systems Technical Support Services.”

ANTICIPATED CONTRACT TYPE(S)

The FHWA intends to award two or more indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts allowing for Firm Fixed Priced (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M), and Labor Hour (LH) Task Orders. The anticipated contract ordering period will be 60 months (5 years), with a total ordering ceiling of $200,000,000, shared across all anticipated contracts.
