About this opportunity

This solicitation has been cancelled. The Department of State sought supply and delivery of medical supplies to its Manila office with quotations originally due August 10, 2026, but Amendment 002, effective August 10, 2026, cancelled solicitation 19RP3826Q0059 in its entirety due to budgetary considerations.

Prior to cancellation, the procurement was an unrestricted RFQ for commercial items with place of performance at the JILL Property Warehouse in Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City, Philippines. The 36-line-item specification list included pharmaceutical preparations (paracetamol, acetaminophen, ketorolac, tramadol, lidocaine, amoxicillin, cephalexin, ceftriaxone, ciprofloxacin, penicillin V, omeprazole, ondansetron, amlodipine, loperamide, captopril), vaccines (OPV, Tdap, Yellow Fever, Rabies), diagnostic testing kits (syphilis, gonorrhea/chlamydia, STI prophylaxis, gram stain bacterial, blood typing), and miscellaneous items including zinc oxide ointment, povidone-iodine solution, epinephrine, albuterol, ipratropium, oxygen mask, and transportation services. All items required compliance with packaging, handling, labeling, and shelf-life standards; temperature-sensitive items required validated cold-chain packaging with temperature-monitoring devices. Delivery was required within 45 calendar days of award, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Award would have been made to the lowest-priced, acceptable, responsible quoter on initial quotations without discussions, unless competitors fell within the competitive range. Offerors were required to be registered in SAM at proposal submission. The NAICS code is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing; PSC is 6505, Drugs and Biologicals.
