The contractor must mobilize and complete pump-out within 5 business days of contact. All equipment must be cleaned and free of foreign dirt and plant materials to prevent noxious weed spread. Service Contract Labor Standards apply; the wage determination requires a minimum monetary wage of $23.56 for laborers in Carlton and St. Louis counties, Minnesota, and Douglas County, Wisconsin.
The contract is Firm Fixed Price with lump sum pricing for a single estimated quantity of one.
