The deadline for submitting questions was extended to July 24, 2025, and the final proposal submission deadline is August 15, 2025, at 11 AM EST.
This procurement does not utilize any set-aside designations and is open to full and open competition. The contract structure includes a base performance period from September 30, 2025, through September 29, 2026, with up to four additional one-year option periods that could extend the contract through September 29, 2030, representing a potential five-year total contract duration. The government intends to award either a single or multiple IDIQ contracts on a firm-fixed-price basis. Monthly client placement estimates range from 2 to 25 clients across the different treatment service levels, though specific contract values or budget ranges are not disclosed in the available documentation.
