Added: Jun 20, 2017 6:13 pm  This notification is to (1) to issue amendment 0002 that details/ describes changes to the period of performance, and replaces the Statement of Objectives and replaces the AEROSPACE CLAUSES AND PROVISION2 (2) Extends for the receipt of offers; offers are due @ 1PM CST on July 21, 2017,  (3) The Government now intends to award a six (6) month Firm-Fixed Price Requirements type contract with a six (6) month option period.  (4) The period of performance for the 6 month contract will be 01 November 2017 through 30 April 2018.   The 6-month option period is from 1 May 3018 through 31 Oct 2018. (5) The Primary Point of Contract for this requirement has changed to be Roman Bernal, roman.bernal@dla.mil, 210-925-2456.

Added: Apr 03, 2017 8:52 am The Government intends to issue a procurement, full and open, for warehousing and storage services for Government-owned tube bank trailers, HPCAs, and ISOs and ancillary services in/or around Dubai, United Arab Emirates.  The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed Price Requirements type contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, Commercial Acquisition Procedures.  The contract ordering period will be two (2) years.   The Contractor shall provide all supplies, management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to store and inspect the equipment and to implement a minor maintenance management program to ensure that the equipment is maintained in a roadworthy condition.  The Contractor shall provide transportation services for movement of equipment to and from a designated fill point location, vessel port, and aerial port.  The period of performance is 1 October 2017 through 30 September 2019.  Award will be made to the Offeror determined to be the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered, using the Best Value Source Selection Process. Specifically, the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process will be utilized in accordance with FAR 15.101-2.  The solicitation will be issued on or about 17 April 2017, and will be posted to the FedBizOpps web page (http://fbo.gov).  If you do not have Internet Access, a hard copy of the solicitation may be requested. Only written, emailed, or faxed copies received directly from the requester will be acceptable.  Mail requests to:  DLA Energy -FEM, Attn: Eliza Lee, 1014 Billy Mitchell Blvd., Building 1621, San Antonio, Texas 78226-1859.  All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency.  If you intend to submit an offer, you are required to complete, sign and return the entire solicitation package and be registered in SAM at www.sam.gov prior to submission of an offer for consideration by the Government.  All potential offers should contract the Cotnracting Officer identiefied above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns prior to solicitation closing.  For questions regarding Small Business or Small Disadvantage Business affairs should be addressed to Mr. Greg Thevenin of the DLA Energy Small Business Office at 1-800-526-2601 or 703-767-9400.
