The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes replacing four 115-kV circuit breakers, furnishing and installing one (1) coupling capacitor voltage transformer, high voltage bus, grounding system, and conduit. The work is located near Sterling, CO in Logan County. Completion date is 360 calendar days after notice to proceed
