About this opportunity
The Florida Air National Guard seeks procurement, delivery, and initial commissioning of one stationary nitrogen generator system, with proposals due July 27, 2026 at 4:00 PM EST. The procurement is a 100% set-aside for women-owned small businesses (WOSB).
Place of performance is Jacksonville, Florida (125th Fighter Wing Installation, 14300 Fang Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32218-7933). The system must be self-contained and outdoor-rated with an integrated air compressor capable of generating nitrogen gas at 99.5% purity with a flow rate of 9 to 17 SCFM, boosted outlet pressure of 3,000 to 5,000 PSIG, and paired with a two-bottle indoor storage system providing minimum 912 cubic feet of ready-to-use nitrogen storage at 3,000 to 5,000 PSI. Electrical specifications require 480 VAC, 3-Phase, 60 Hz power. The contractor must deliver within 120 calendar days of award receipt and provide all uncrating, assembly, and commissioning labor, tools, and materials, plus on-site operation and preventative maintenance training for government personnel. The system must include a standard commercial warranty of at least one year covering parts and labor, and complete Operation and Maintenance manuals in both digital and physical English copies. Final government acceptance is contingent upon 100% on-site testing of all delivered materials. The NAICS code is 335312, Motor and Generator Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 employees. Evaluation is weighted equally across technical capability, delivery schedule, and price, with the government assessing price fairness, reasonableness, and realism prior to award. Amendment 0002, effective July 22, 2026, extended the closing date from July 15 to July 27 and updated the Description of Supply. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment.
