About this file

This is a Description of Supply document for a Stationary Nitrogen Generator System procurement by the Florida Air National Guard (Department of the Army). The system must be self-contained and outdoor-rated, featuring an integrated air compressor capable of generating nitrogen gas at ≥99.5% purity with a flow rate of 9 to 17 SCFM. The unit requires boosted outlet pressure of 3,000 to 5,000 PSIG and must be paired with a two-bottle indoor storage system providing minimum 912 cubic feet of ready-to-use nitrogen storage at 3,000 to 5,000 PSI. Electrical specifications require 480 VAC, 3-Phase, 60 Hz power. The equipment is intended to provide a reliable, on-site continuous supply of high-purity nitrogen gas for aircraft tire service operations, eliminating logistical overhead and safety hazards associated with recurring high-pressure cylinder deliveries.

Delivery must occur within 120 calendar days after receipt of award (ARO) or sooner, with FOB Destination terms to the 125th Fighter Wing installation. The contractor is responsible for all uncrating, assembly, and commissioning labor, tools, and materials, plus on-site operation and preventative maintenance training for government personnel. Final government acceptance is contingent upon 100% on-site testing of all delivered materials. The system must include a standard commercial warranty of at least one year covering parts and labor against manufacturing defects, along with complete Operation and Maintenance manuals provided in both digital and physical formats. Solicitation number is W50S6Y26QA017.
