Qualified contractors must hold a current California C-22 Asbestos Abatement license, employ trained and certified workers in asbestos removal, and provide an EPA and California DOSH-certified air monitoring specialist for final clearance testing. Contractors must submit six deliverables including a safety program, licenses and certifications, schedule, abatement plan, waste disposal plan, and final report. Sealed bids are due on April 3, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, with offers submitted to the Bureau of Reclamation office in Sacramento, California.
