The Air Force Sustainment Center, under the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command, is conducting market research to identify potential sources for Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) logistics support to the 638th Supply Chain Management Group (638 SCMG) at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The procuring organization seeks contractors to provide logistics management specialists who will support strategic sustainment acquisition, Air Force supply planning, and supply chain optimization through enterprise demand/supply planning, sourcing strategy implementation, and technical expertise across various logistics functions. Key contract requirements include maintaining a qualified workforce capable of filling vacancies within 30 business days, submitting quarterly self-assessment reports, ensuring no more than one validated customer complaint per quarter, and obtaining appropriate security clearances with participation in Voluntary Protection Programs at the installation. Contractors will be evaluated based on their past performance, commerciality of services, technical capability, and experience in providing logistics support services. Interested vendors must submit responses to the Sources Sought survey by November 9, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. EST via email to Kaleb Medders at kaleb.medders@us.af.mil.

The contract will require seven Contract Manpower Equivalents (CMEs) to fulfill the logistics support function, with a contract period spanning three years consisting of a 12-month basic year plus two one-year option periods. No specific budget range or award value has been disclosed in the sources sought notice, as this remains a market research phase preceding formal solicitation. No incumbent contractor information has been identified in the available documentation. This pre-solicitation notice represents the government's initial effort to identify qualified sources prior to formal solicitation, and participation in this sources sought survey does not guarantee future solicitation or contract award opportunities.
