About this file
This document is a Market Research and Contractor Capability Survey for the 638th Supply Chain Management Group (SCMG). The government is seeking Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) Logistic Support through a three-year contract (basic year plus two one-year option periods), which is an 8(a) set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 541611 for Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. Potential contractors are required to complete a detailed capability survey addressing their past experience, commerciality, and ability to meet the logistic support requirements.
Respondents must email their completed survey to Kaleb Medders at kaleb.medders@us.af.mil by close of business on 9 November 2025. The survey requests information such as company details, CAGE code, business size/certifications, past performance, and commerciality of services. The market research aims to identify potential sources with expertise in providing logistic support, with the understanding that participation in this survey does not guarantee future solicitation or contract awards. Contractors are advised to provide comprehensive documentation demonstrating their capabilities and potential approaches to addressing any experience gaps.
