All shipments must be delivered FOB destination to Blue Grass Army Depot at 431 Battlefield Memorial Highway, Richmond, Kentucky 40475-5070. The procurement falls under PSC code 4240 for Safety and Rescue Equipment, and the Procuring Contracting Officer has authorized early shipment when at no additional cost to the Government.
