The Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime is soliciting proposals for a five-year firm-fixed price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to supply MX-12607 White Phosphorous Image Intensifier Assemblies in support of the AN/AVS-6 Aviator's Night Vision Imaging System. Offerors must meet the technical requirements outlined in Exhibit B and the CDRL requirements in Exhibit A. Proposals are due by January 4, 2024 and award is expected by January 24, 2024. Evaluation will consider past performance, technical approach, and price.

DLA Land at Aberdeen is issuing Solicitation SPRBL1-24-R-0006 for a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract, with a proposed maximum contract value of $25,000,000.00. This will be conducted under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. 

The proposed action is for the acquisition of MX-12607 White Phosphorous Image Intensifier, NSN: 5855-01-692-2002, P/N A3314408-2, which is used to support the AN/AVS-6, Aviator’s Night Vision Imaging System (ANVIS). The AN/AVS-6 (ANVIS) enables aviators to conduct flight operations under very low (starlight) ambient light conditions. The AN/AVS-6 ANVIS is a third-generation, helmet-mounted, direct-view, image-intensification device. It enables aviators to operate more effectively and safely during lowlight and degraded battlefield conditions.

The estimated annual quantity required by the Government is 1,404 per year.  Note: The estimated annual quantity is for planning purposes only. Actual ordered quantities may be more or less than the estimated annual quantity.
