About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Subsistence is soliciting a Simplified Indefinite-Delivery Contract (SIDC) to supply Pepsi Cans and Bottles products to military customers in Wyoming. This solicitation encompasses 10 line items of Pepsi and Aquafina beverages, including carbonated drinks such as Mountain Dew, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, and 7 Up, as well as water products in various packaging formats (12 oz cans, 20 oz bottles, and 1 liter bottles). Critical contract requirements include maintaining product freshness, maintaining appropriate commercial temperature standards, and possessing the capability to deliver products to the delivery location on the same day for emergency orders. Offerors must propose on all items in the Schedule of Items, and proposals that fail to address all items or do not meet specified quality requirements will be deemed technically unacceptable and excluded from consideration. Proposals must be received no later than 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on February 6, 2026, and the DLA intends to make a single award to one responsible source that submits a competitive proposal responsive to all solicitation requirements.
This solicitation is not designated as a set-aside contract, and no incumbent contractor information is provided in the solicitation documents. The total estimated quantity over the 30-month initial contract period is 1,263 cases, distributed across the identified customer locations. The contract period of performance extends from April 19, 2026, through April 19, 2031, providing a five-year contract timeline. All delivery locations are situated in Cheyenne, Wyoming, including the Cheyenne Wyoming Air National Guard, Chadwell Dining Facility at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, and F.E. Warren AFB Commissary. No specific budget range or award value is disclosed in the solicitation documents, though vendors must be capable of maintaining proximity to Wyoming delivery locations and meeting same-day emergency delivery requirements to be considered responsive.
