About this opportunity

The Federal Aviation Administration's Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center seeks 43 Keysight N9913FAA RF Analyzers through a firm fixed price contract awarded to the responsive, responsible offeror with the lowest price determined fair and reasonable. Proposals are due by July 6, 2022 with pricing provided using the schedule in Attachment 01 and evaluation based on total price. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer by June 24, 2022 as amended.

There is no set-aside designation for this requirement. The NAICS code is 334110 and PSC code is 7025. Pricing is required for 43 individual RF analyzers to be delivered to locations specified in the United States. Performance will take place at the delivery points listed with award planned no later than September 30, 2022. Any proposals received after the 3:00 PM deadline or missing required information as outlined in the solicitation will not be eligible for consideration.

Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a Questions and Answers attachment.  The proposal due date remains as Wednesday, July 6, 2022, 3:00 PM CT.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center(MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for Keysight N9913FAA FieldFox Analyzers. The FAA contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price, stand-alone contract that will be awarded to the responsive and responsible Offeror whose offer results in the lowest price that is considered fair and reasonable by the FAA.

NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE.  ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST.  CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW.

All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR document(s).  If downloading is not possible all request for copies of the SIR document(s) must be made in writitng to the attention of Stephanie Riddle, Contract Specialist (AAQ-732), via email at Stephanie.R.Riddle@faa.gov.

Proposals must be received by the FAA no later than 3:00 P.M., CT, July 6, 2022.  Proposals are to be electronically submitted to Stephanie.R.Riddle@faa.gov.

In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 3:00 P.M. CT, July 6, 2022, will not be considered.  In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's porposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.
