Questions and Answers
1. QUESTION: What are the terms that will be used to place this order?
GOV’T ANSWER: The contract terms and conditions (also referred to as AMS Clauses) are listed in Sections C-I (pages 13-31) of the SIR. You will also find clauses specifically for the SIR (which do not for the most part *transition to the contract document when awarded) in Sections L and M. These are terms specific to the SIR process and not necessarily relevant to the execution/performance transpiring after award. *Note – there are a few relevant to both documents.
2. QUESTION: Does the quote we send as a response have to reflect all the locations or can it be for the total quantity which includes the cost of shipping to any location in the United States?
GOV’T ANSWER: Please refer to Section L for Instructions to Bidders (page 43) and Section B for the Pricing Schedule where all relevant fields must be addressed to ensure completion..
3. QUESTION: When do you expect an award to be placed for this?
GOV’T ANSWER: No later than September 30, 2022.
