Initial service visit for building port and starboard seals and vulcanizing rudder boots is scheduled for on or around August 31, 2026, with subsequent work following based on yard schedule. Work hours are 0700–1630 daily. The NAICS code is 336611, Ship Building and Repairing; PSC is J020. Evaluation criteria are technical requirements compliance, deadline adherence, and price. Past performance will be reviewed for responsibility determination only.
