All deliveries are FOB Destination, and the contractor is fully responsible for arranging and paying barge transportation with costs included in the quoted price. Quoters must complete Standard Form 18 blocks 13–16, submit a formal quote on company letterhead with unit and total price, provide a technical approach and past performance documentation, and maintain active SAM.gov registration with self-certification under NAICS 484110.
