About this opportunity

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is seeking Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) or Government Off the Shelf (GOTS) Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to track and manage security profiles for approximately 10,000 individuals. The required system must maintain security profiles without interruption, integrate with Google and/or Microsoft Office suites, enable timely security clearance adjudication, and generate user-friendly reports while complying with Trusted Workforce 2.0 guidance. NARA is particularly interested in solutions focused on small to mid-sized organizations that require minimal configuration and can easily integrate into their existing architecture. Vendors must provide specific details including identification of potential COTS/GOTS SaaS products, recommended acquisition approaches, rough order of magnitude cost estimates, commercial availability status, implementation at other government agencies, FedRAMP authorization, and IPv6 and 508 compliance information. The deadline for responses is 2:00 PM ET on October 10, 2025, with submissions required via email to Kevin.Monahan@nara.gov.

This opportunity does not utilize any set-aside designation and is open to all qualified vendors. NARA currently uses Tyler Entellitrak as their existing system, which expires in June 2026, making them the incumbent contractor for comparison purposes. While no specific budget range or award value has been disclosed in this Request for Information, vendors are expected to provide rough order of magnitude cost estimates as part of their response. The system must accommodate approximately 10,000 individual security profiles, indicating the scale and scope of the required solution. This RFI is strictly for market research purposes and does not constitute a formal solicitation, with NARA reserving the right to use the collected information for assessing acquisition alternatives and potentially developing future solicitation documents.
