Performance must complete within 180 calendar days of Notice to Proceed, with contract performance running October 5, 2026, through April 5, 2027.

The contract is Firm Fixed Price Construction with estimated value between $250,000 and $500,000. Davis-Bacon prevailing wage applies; base rates are $7.25 per hour across all trades, with fringe benefits ranging from $0.00 to $0.42 per hour by classification.
