Contractors must supply all necessary tools, parts, labor, supplies, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation, and all employees must complete VA privacy training prior to starting work. This is a Sources Sought Notice intended to identify capable vendors rather than a formal solicitation; evaluation criteria will be applied should a future Request for Quotation be issued. The scope of work requires one maintenance and cleaning site visit per month on the same date as the scheduled cleaning visit, with contractors required to submit field service reports documenting completed work on each visit. Work must be performed Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding federal holidays. Plant and fish replacements will be procured separately by the government, allowing the contractor to focus exclusively on maintenance and cleaning operations. This Sources Sought Notice is non-binding and does not guarantee a future contract award or restrict the government to any particular acquisition approach.
