CONTINUATION PAGE

Is there a list of items and quantities available? The price sheet lists 12/MO which is a little confusing. A list of items and quantities would help us better with providing the best price for the services.

RESPONSE:

The quantity changes weekly but we wish to pay by the piece.

List of likely items submitted for dry cleaning:

-Shirts, button up

-Shirts, polo

-Pants, dress slacks

-Pants, cargo pocket/work

-Blazers

-Vests

-Ties

-Lab Coats

-Table cloths

-American Flags

Also, where am I submitting the proposal. Should I send it directly to you or is there a VA Contracting location where I can submit online.

Submissions are made via email to the Contracting Officer. You must send your Technical Volume and Pricing Volume to brian.curtis2@va.gov .

Has there been prior services for laundry and dry cleaning at the facility? And if so, can we get an idea of the previous pricing and quantities so we can be comparable in our prices range?

The facility has paid out of pocket for dry cleaning services in the past, but this was on a low dollar level not requiring a contract. Because that pricing is used towards our IGCE and Market Research, it is considered classified as For Official Use Only and cannot be disclosed. Best we can do is offer you estimated quantities of each item we expect to have laundered weekly and annually. Here is that list:
