All personnel must undergo background investigations and obtain Personal Identification Verification cards per VA Directive 0710.
The contract period runs September 19, 2026 through September 18, 2031, comprising one base year plus four option years. Services include weekly routine inspections and treatments on Fridays from 4:45 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., emergency callbacks within two hours at no additional cost, and routine callbacks within four hours. Weekly food service area inspections, monthly sensitive-area inspections, and semi-annual patient treatment area inspections are required. The contractor must provide approximately 60 exterior rodent bait stations and maintain detailed service reports with quarterly pest activity reports and annual trending analysis. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures).
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested.
Solicitation number 36C26326Q1016 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-08.
This procurement is SDVOSB set-aside. Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at time of offer to the Government (https://www.sam.gov).
Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 561710 with a size standard of $17.5 million.
