Questions and Answers

1. The SOW List of Areas/Buildings to be Serviced references but no street address is provided for any of these five locations. Can the Government provide the complete street address for each CBOC to allow offerors to accurately assess travel and response-time requirements?

· Baxter/Brainerd CBOC 722 NW 7th ST., Brainerd, MN 56401(To be moved to Baxter later this yr or next. Then will not need Brainerd after move.)

· Litchfield CBOC (Future Sites) Site hasn’t been picked yet will know for sure in 6 months.

2. Can the government provide the number of service requests that have been performed for “other vertebrate pests” over the past 12 months? None, we do our own bat and mice removal. We just have the contractor place bait stations out to help with the control.

3. Can the government provide how many bat service requests have occurred in the past 12 months? Our Facility takes care of our own bat problems.

4. Can the government provide the number of Geese service requests that have been made at the St Cloud VA Medical Center over the past 12 months? None

5. Can the government provide how many Bees or Wasp service requests have occurred in the past 12 months? Approx. 24 times.

6. Can the government confirm if there is a height limitation for removal of accessible bees and wasps attached to the building? No limitation.

7. If no height limit for bees and wasps, what is the maximum height of your tallest structure for services being requested? Most of our buildings are two and a half story buildings.
