Current (incumbent) contract holder employees are under Collective bargaining agreement (CBA) Information Below

Continuity of Workforce: The new quoter may have to retain some or all of the incumbent workforce covered by the CBA, affecting their staffing decisions and strategies.

Negotiation and Compliance: New quoters need to be aware of and comply with relevant labor laws and regulations, as the costs and terms set by an existing CBA can influence their ability to negotiate new terms or determine competitiveness.

When responding to an RFQ, it's important for new quoters to thoroughly understand the terms of the incumbent s CBA to ensure they can meet or negotiate these terms and accurately price their proposals.
