About this opportunity
The Forest Service is soliciting quotes for snow removal services at the Clear Creek Sno-Park and Catherine Creek Summit Sno-Park in eastern Oregon. Contractors will be required to plow snow and berms for access roads and parking areas to within one inch of the surface when snow depth reaches six inches or as directed by the COR. The period of performance is from November 20, 2023 to April 30, 2024, with an option to extend for one additional winter season. Quotes are due by December 12, 2023 and will be evaluated with consideration for price, past performance, and technical approach.
The solicitation is unrestricted and utilizes NAICS code 561790 for other services to buildings and dwellings with a size standard of $9 million. Snow removal is required for defined areas totaling approximately 3.5 acres and 2.5 miles of access roads. The combined estimated value of awards will not exceed $30,000 to be performed in Baker City, Oregon. The amendment changed the quote due date and set-aside designation.
