The scope requires installation of new standing seam metal roof with R-30 poly-iso insulation over light-gauge steel trusses, new fascia, soffits, and metal wall panels. Contractor must provide wind uplift resistance per ASTM E1592 and UL 580, comply with OSHA and fire codes, achieve 10% waste diversion for demolition materials, and provide OSHA certification for competent persons. One-year warranty on all work is required. A limited asbestos survey from 2010 identified asbestos-containing materials including ceiling tile, texture/joint compound, window glazing, pipe insulation, caulking, and transite panels; any removal must use Texas-licensed abatement contractors. An organized site visit is scheduled for May 20, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time.

Performance and payment bonds or irrevocable letters of credit must be submitted within 10 calendar days after award; Notice to Proceed will not issue until approved. Offerors must hold prices firm for 90 days from due date and acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0002. Work is limited to normal business hours Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., except federal holidays.
