The estimated contract value ranges between $500,000 and $1 million, though actual bids received ranged from approximately $181,661 to $278,676 based on the abstract of offers from four contractors including C Ortiz Corp, 2 MACH LLC, Globe Enterprises, and All American AA LLC. The contract performance period is 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed, with work to be performed at Fort Bliss, Texas. The project requires special attention to environmental considerations including asbestos and lead-based paint management, as identified in the 2015 environmental survey, and all work must comply with Davis-Bacon wage determination requirements for El Paso County, Texas.
