If no existing water connection is present, the contractor shall also provide the necessary connection. The solicitation has a due date of May 31, 2024, and there is no opportunity for a site visit, as the required lengths of hoses, cables, and labor can vary per building.

The BPA is expected to be effective for a total of five years, with individual call/orders not to exceed $500,000. The contractor must respond to each request for quote within three business days and will have the opportunity to adjust pricing based on the current marketplace.
