All prospective contractors must have a valid UEI number and be registered with SAM.gov with self-certification under NAICS Code 238220, and attendance at the mandatory site visit is considered vital for preparing competitive and cost-effective quotations. Work will be performed at the maintenance shop facility at 1990 Maintenance Way, Richmond, VA 23231, with the building remaining occupied during execution of the work, and payment terms are Net 15 with invoices submitted electronically through the Department of Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
