This solicitation seeks surveying and mapping services under NAICS code 541370 with a size standard of $19 million, utilizing full and open competition with no set-asides. The government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order for a 12-month performance period from September 25, 2025, to September 24, 2026. Amendment 2 specifically clarifies that the place of performance is Hawaii, Maui County Select Parcels, while all other terms and conditions remain unchanged from the original solicitation. The government will use a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation method, requiring contractors to demonstrate specialized surveying expertise, provide Hawaii-licensed surveyors, and show organizational capability to manage complex boundary surveys. Key deliverables include comprehensive boundary research, documentation, weekly service reports, and land surveyor reports that must comply with federal and state survey standards while ensuring Section 508 accessibility compliance.
