About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Space Rapid Capabilities Office is issuing a Request for Information on Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) software brand-name licensing, with responses due June 18, 2026. This RFI is for planning and market research purposes only; it does not constitute a commitment to issue a formal solicitation, obligate the government to pursue any specific acquisition strategy, or guarantee future work. Responding is voluntary and at no government cost.

The Space RCO seeks information on industry capabilities to procure ACEIT software licenses published and owned by Tecolote Research, Inc. Interested vendors must submit a capability statement (maximum three pages) that identifies proof of current authorization as a Tecolote-designated reseller, a point of contact with phone number and physical address, company size status and any SBA certifications (including 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, or WOSB status), and any applicable GSA contract vehicles. Proprietary information within responses must be clearly marked by the respondent; the government assumes no liability for improperly marked data. Responses do not constitute offers and will not be accepted as such. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future formal solicitation.
